Terms and Conditions
TICKET COLLECTION AT BOX OFFICE You will receive a confirmation of your order once you press ‘finalise order’. Tickets may be collected at the venue box office which will be open as of 30 minutes prior to the scheduled performance time.
Concession ID, general ID and credit card must be provided. Tickets not collected 5 minutes prior to the performance start time are forfeited and may be sold to a waiting list.
FEES Tickets purchased online or through the box office do not attract a fee.
TICKET REFUNDS and TRANSFERS All transactions are final. There will be no refunds on completed bookings unless the performance or event is cancelled. No refund will be given for tickets downgraded to a performance or concession type of lesser value.
Tickets are non-transferable to a different performance or event.
CONCESSION POLICY Unless specifically stated, some concession types including Seniors Card, are not eligible for discounted tickets. When collecting concession tickets proof of eligibility of concession (full time student, equity, pensioner, disability) is to be presented to box office staff prior to the performance. Failure to do so may result in a charge to upgrade affected ticket/s to full price.
LATE ARRIVAL Latecomers may not be admitted into the performance space. Exceptions are at the discretion of the production company. Please contact fortyfivedownstairs for details specific to the performance you have purchased.
TICKET AVAILABILITY Our online ticket service is connected in real time to our box office ticketing system. Tickets selected may become unavailable prior to finalising your transaction. In this event you will be given the chance to reselect alternative tickets or cancel your purchase.

CHANGE OF ARTIST The right is reserved to vary advertised programs and to add, withdraw or substitute artists as necessary.
