Terrence McNally’s Frankie and Johnny in the Clair de Lune takes place in a one room walk-up apartment in the west side of New York City, two lonely, middle-aged people on a first date end up tumbling into bed, and have great sex.  Johnny, (Damien Richardson) is a short order cook, Frankie, (Kate Kendall) is a waitress. Johnny is sure he has found his soul mate in Frankie. She, on the other hand, is far more cautious and disinclined to jump to conclusions and has written off the encounter as a one-night stand. As the night unfolds, they slowly begin to reveal themselves …..
