Moira Finucane, one of the world’s greatest performance chameleons, a magic realist genius, an apocalyptic rock goddess, brings home Chapter II in her mind-stunning party on the edge of the abyss. The Rapture. Art vs Extinction. A transcendent, synaesthetic emporium of gothic-erotic dreams, rock’n’roll angels, soul searing music, porcelain icicles, couture, sculpture, skin shedding tales and total art gesamtkunstwerk.

Commissioned by Climakaze Miami and Mesto Zensk/City of Women Festival Slovenia, winner of the Climakaze Award for outstanding artwork in climate justice, and universally acclaimed in its 2017 Australian premiere at fortyfivedownstairs, The Rapture returns. Rapture Chapter II comes direct from Antarctica, Berlin, Prague and the Tibetan Plateau.
