Quiver New Music Ensemble undertakes its most daring project to date. In the depths of fortyfivedownstairs, Quiver presents a dark mixtape of new music with industrial-rock undertones. Rarely heard tracks by industrial pioneers Einsturzende Neubauten and Test Dept will be realised live with the use of junk metal, reconfigured instruments and electronics.

Louis Andreisson’s grungy Worker’s Union, which was designed to be played by the masses at political protests. A new realisation of 13-year old girl-group The Shaggs song My Pal Foot-Foot, which shocked the world with its unnerving honesty and raw energy when it was released in the seventies.  Also featuring the Australian premiere of Aussie composer Thomas Meadowcroft’s elegant trio Perserverance Dam and the World Premiere of a new work by David Chesworth – Plastic Bag.
